Vue de la D974 descendant côté est, à 1700 m d'altitude.

Description:

Le Mont Ventoux avec ses débris de calcaires et le manque de végétation est déjà assez hostile comme ça. Mais il fallait encore rajouter un émetteur de télévision monstrueux dans les années 1960. L'observatoire météo est encore sobre comparé à celui-ci.

Les tiges jaunes et noires servent pour garder l'orientation lors des brouillard fréquents.
