Beschreibung:

Der Mellaunerhof mit barocker Lüftlmalerei ist seit 1291 überliefert und gehört somit zu den ältesten Wirtshäusern Tirols. Früher diente er als Salzumschlagplatz und Poststation, denn zwischen Pettnau, Flaurling und Hatting bestand regelmäßiger Fährverkehr über den Inn.
