Beschreibung:

An der Platzseite des Palastes sieht man im ersten Geschoss zwei benachbarte Säulen, die etwas rötlicher gefärbt sind, als die anderen.Zwischen ihnen wurden die Todesurteile verkündet. Dementsprechend befindet sich nicht weit davon entfernt als Kreisform über einer Säule eine symbolische Darstellung der Rechtsprechung: die Justitia mit dem Schwert und der Schriftrolle zwischen zwei Löwen, ein Werk von Filippo Calendario.
