An einem Stand komme ich mit einer Bäuerin ins Gespräch. Auf einem überdimensional großen Hobel hobelt sie Weißkraut in feine Streifen. Ich frage sie, ob sie Sauerkraut ansetzt. Aber sie verneint, meint, die Kundschaften wollen das Kraut schon gehobelt kaufen. Wahrscheinlich für Krautsalat. Und sie zeigt mir, wie das mit dem Hobel funktioniert. Sehr beeindruckend.
