Il s'agit de l'ancienne maison de la chambre du commerce arborant les emblèmes de Hambourg (Hamburg), de Brême (Bremen), de Lübeck (Lybeck) et de Bergen. Entre les fenêtres du haut fronton apparaissent les années 1480, 1712 et 1912.

Au fond en haut l'émetteur sur le Ulriken.
