Die Matratze wird letztendlich in Längsrichtung gefaltet unterm Dach verstaut. Das Teil ist dann 187x65x12cm gross. Damit es nicht seitlich umherrutscht, gibt es diese Steckverbindungen, die über ein Band und ein T-Stück in einem vorgefertigten Loch in der Karrosserie hängen.
