In einem äußerst engen Durchbruchstal, der Salzaschlucht, durchschneidet er das Kalkmassiv des Dachsteinmassives, indem es den Grimming (2351m) vom Kemetgebirge abtrennt; sein extrem steiles Gefälle wird durch ein kleines Kraftwerk genützt, das den Salzastausee aufstaut. | | Schlüsselwörter: | See |
