On a turnout east of IS 90 after Vantage village in Washington State. There is the Wild Horses Monument, a truly bizarre sculpture. 20 huge metal horses stampeding to the edge of a cliff about 200 feet above IS 90 in the middle of nowhere. Washington State, USA.
