| Titel: | Ausgewaschene Lavabrekzie an der Küste von Elafonisi | | Aufnahmestandort: | Auf Südküste der Halbinsel von Elafonisi (Ελαφόνησος). | | Beschreibung: | Der feste Sockel der Insel besteht aus vulkanischem Gestein, an den Brandunsgrändern zerfallt dieser Block ein verschieden grosse Blöcke welche weiter ausgewaschen werden. Es schaut auf dem Bild so aus, als könnte man die die wie grosse Kieselsteine wirkende Teile des Blocks leicht entfernen, doch dem ist nicht so.
