Beschreibung:

Das Inntal bei Innsbruck liegt auf ca. 570 m Seehöhe und ist von Bergen, die um mehr als 2000 m höher sind eingeschlossen. Durch diese Situation gibt es bis spät in das Frühjahr hinein morgendlichen Frost in Tallagen, aber durchaus gemüsetaugliche Temperaturen unter Tags. Durch Abdecken mit Flies werden junge Pflanzen, vor allem Frischgemüse, vor diesen nächlichen Frosteinbrüchen geschützt.
