Titre: | Pont routier accolé au Pont du Gard vu de dessus | Prise de: | Vers-Pont-du-Gard, Remoulins, Gard, France. | Description: | En 1743-1747, l'ingénieur Henri Pitot accola aux arches de l'étage inférieur un solide pont routier. Les échancrures furent alors définitivement colmatées. Les États de Languedoc firent poser à cette occasion une plaque de marbre sur une pile du deuxième étage du pont. Aujourd'hui c'est un pont piétonnier. |
