Le Cormier ou Sorbier domestique (Sorbus domestica L.) est un arbre de la famille des Rosacées. Il donne des fruits appelés «cormes» ressemblant à des petites poires, d'où leur surnom de poirillons. Les fruits sont comestibles après blettissement.
